YOUTH GROUP FUNDRAISERS: 7th Cents Youth Group has another opportunity coming up for you to help raise funds for the summer mission trip and all you have to do is dine out! Enjoy a meal at IHOP on May 17 (4:00 – 8:00 pm) and tell your server that you are supporting the 7th Cents Youth Group. The restaurant will donate 20% of your bill to our group. See you there!  Thank you to all that ate at Fazoli’s this past Thursday.
CPC WORK DAY – Your helping hands will be appreciated in sprucing up the church interior and exterior beginning at 9 am.  There will be doughnuts!
SAVE THE DATE! “God’s Great Gallery” Vacation Bible School will be June 4-8 from 9:30 am to 12:15 pm at Central. Children ages 3 years through 5th grade are welcome. Youth and adults are needed to help. Registration forms will be available in fellowship hall beginning May 13 or are in the Herald.
Do you have baby items to donate? Connor and Kendra Scanlon are currently working to become licensed foster parents for children age 0 – 2. They are in need of gently used baby/toddler equipment and items. Please contact them if you can help.
The 223rd General Assembly of the PC(USA) convenes on June 16 in St. Louis, MO. Visitors are welcome to attend the opening worship. If you are interested in making the trip as a group from Central, please let Cheryl Moles know or sign up in fellowship hall.  For information on GA go to www.pcusa.org.
Are you missing a lawn chair? Now that the weather is nice for sitting outside, you might notice that a chair is missing and realize that you left it at the church picnic last year. It is under the hallway coat rack.
