ANNOUNCEMENTS:

Sunday is Pentecost! Please wear red and celebrate the birthday of the church!

The Pentecost Offering will be received on Sunday. Envelopes will be in the bulletin.

This offering is used for children at risk, youth and young adults with 40% remaining in our congregation for local youth ministry. Members of our congregation have benefited from this offering when they served as Young Adult Volunteers and in various other ways. If you love a child of any age (or have been a child), please give generously. This can be a way to honor the person(s) that guided you on your faith journey.

This is also a Communion Sunday which is the time for the Deacons Fund offering. These are the only funds that are received for the Deacons to use to help our church family and community in a variety of ways. Thank you for your help.

“The Jesus Way” VBS will be held at Trinity Lutheran Church on June 19-22 from 6:00 – 8:00 pm. Registration forms are available at church or on the thcpc website. https://www.thcpc.org/wp-content/uploads/2017/04/2017-Vacation-Bible-School-Registration.pdf

“Celebrate Summer!” Sunday School” There will NOT be weekly classes during the summer, however, there WILL be intergenerational classes on June 25 and July 31 at 9:30 am for preschool through adults. We will meet in an outdoor classroom to explore the elements of Pentecost. Please plan to add these educational opportunities to your summer calendar. Childcare during worship continues all summer.
