Image result for advent

On Communion Sundays members are asked to make a voluntary contribution to aid the distressed and afflicted of our community.  Please consider a gift, using the Deacons’ Fund pew envelopes.   The Deacons use the funds to provide bereavement meals, vouchers for utility bills, holiday food baskets and others ways to help the church family and the community.

PImage result for poinsettiaoinsettias to decorate the sanctuary on Christmas Eve may be ordered through the church office at the cost of $8.50 each through December 11. Order forms are in the Sunday bulletins.

PICTORIAL DIRECTORIES are in fellowship hall for pick-up!  Apologies for the errors, especially in the directory section. Multiple proofs were made, but the transfer of our data base to the directory company just wouldn’t go through correctly.

Dan and Cheri Bradley invite the members and friends of Central to their annual holiday Open House from 1:00 to 4:00 pm on Sunday, December 4 at the Condit House.

There is an Angel Tree to fill Christmas food baskets for 14th and Chestnut families. If you took a tag, please return the food item by December 4. Hams and pie crust may be put in the refrigerator or freezer. These items go on the TABLE WITH THE TREE. Items in the grocery cart will go to UCM food pantry.  The gingerbread man tags are to provide warm items for the homeless project in cooperation with St. Stephen’s Episcopal Church and Point in Time.
