THANK YOU NOTES
I would like to thank the entire Church Life Committee for my lovely Woman’s Welcome Luncheon on December 1st!  It was a wonderful, fun time.  It was joyful for me to be able to share my new church family with my family. The committee’s planning and efforts to make the event festive and special was a big success.  I was awestruck at the amazing variety of salads-my very favorite things to eat!  Well done!  I felt as if I had already been completely welcomed so this occasion was just “dressing on the salad” 😊.     Warmly,   Linda R.

I would like to thank all the members of CPC for their time and support with our annual Kids Hope Christmas Party on December 11th.  There was an amazing contribution of homemade cookies brought in to make it special for the children attending the party.  There were even enough extras to send home for others in their family to enjoy as well.
As for the numerous volunteers who gave of themselves with their time and energy to the children, I thank you from my heart.  I have been told by others in the church that one of the things that makes our church so special is our continual commitment to showing the Christian walk by stepping up to whatever is asked of us.  I concur it to be true!  I am very grateful for you and the love you shine forth!
With Sincere Appreciation,  Linda R.
And one last great BIG thank you to our present Kid’s Hope Mentors who give of themselves with their time and talents every week by coming and being a companion to some of God’s precious children at Deming Elementary.  You might not always know from the child how much of an impact you are making for them but the Lord see’s what you are doing and is smiling!  I too am smiling as well!  You Are making a difference!
If there are others of you wanting to make this type of impact on youth, please know that you can do so at any time throughout the school year.  This is your invitation to join our Kids Hope Crew.  I challenge you to consider this your New Year’s resolution.
In Christ’s Love, Linda
